About

Dr. Stephanie M. Wright is a native of Bridgeton, NJ. She has worked in higher education for 20 years and counting. Her commitment to service, leadership, and excellence has primed her to be an innovator in the areas of Student Conduct, Fraternity and Sorority Affairs, and Student Development. Her work aims to address systemic issues within institutional policies, address organizational misconduct, restore community standards, and set students and student organizations on a path to success.

Wright is a dynamic speaker and presenter, addressing topics of student leadership, service, and hazing at various colleges and universities. With an extensive repertoire of knowledge, Wright can be found presenting and facilitating conversations at several conferences with both students and professionals to challenge their ideologies in Student Affairs.  Wright founded the Cultural Greek Leadership Conference, a conference for Culturally Based Greek Letter Organizations (CBFOs), in 2013. Stephanie wanted to create a developmental space where CBFOs felt as though they belonged and could engage in dialogue specific to their organizations.  While her passion lies in advocating for Culturally Based Greek Letter Organizations, her professional experience allows her to connect with and educate all members of fraternity and sorority life. Wright utilizes her experience and organizational leadership theory to restore community standards and set organizations on a path to success.

Wright graduated from Ramapo College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications: Public Relations and matriculated on to complete a Master of Arts in Administration and Supervision from Montclair State University and a Master of Arts in Journalism and Communication: Public Relations from Kent State University. Wright completed her Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership from Stockton University in November 2022.

Stephanie’s work in higher education makes her a resource our organization has leveraged to aid in sensitive matters with university administration as she has mastered the most effective language to communicate clearly both our needs as well as the administrator.
